Through her Vancouver-based consulting firm, Julie Kothlow has helped numerous clients build the operational infrastructure to support customers or initiate changes to improve operational effectiveness and service delivery. With recently demands in privacy issues, Julie has been helping companies adjust their operations to comply with legislation in both Canada and the US.
