The British Columbia Association of Integrated Marketers (BCAIM) is the only association In British Columbia dedicated to measurable advertising and direct marketing — including broadcast media and interactive technologies. We are the official chapter of the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) In BC. As such, our members enjoy all the rights and privileges of belonging to a chapter of the CMA.

    Speaker Bio Rick Lotman joined Best Buy Canada Ltd. as the Director of Merchandising for the Music and Video categories in 1997 after 17 years of progressively senior positions within the specialty retail category.

    In his almost 10 years with the company, Lotman has continued to grow his career first within the merchandising area, where he was promoted to Vice President, Merchandising in 2001 and most recently to Senior Vice President of Customer Experience.
